Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refund Eligibility

Because magazine subscriptions involve the immediate allocation of publishing, processing, and distribution resources, all purchases are generally considered final.

2. Duplicate Payments

If a subscriber is charged more than once for the same subscription because of a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

3. Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted from the subscriber's account but the subscription is not activated, the subscriber should contact customer support. After verification, the subscription will either be activated or the amount will be refunded.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing may take 7 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider and the subscriber's bank.
